Online Panel Directory

A secure web-based Online Panel Directory is available to assist with searching and identifying a suitable provider for your assurance engagement.  The Online Panel Directory is available only to agencies participating in the AoG Consultancy Services contract. You should contact your approved agency Procurement representative to obtain the login details for your agency.

GCIO Assurance Services Guide

The GCIO Assurance Services Guide provides a common definition of the different types of Independent Quality Assurance (IQA) and Technical Quality Assurance (TQA) services provided under GCIO Sub-panel and can be used to define the scope of an assurance engagement.

GCIO Terms of Reference Template

The Terms of Reference is a key document for ensuring the quality of an assurance engagement.  The GCIO Terms of Reference Template is based on the GCIO’s quality standards and provides useful guidance to agencies on what to look for from providers.

GCIO Terms of Reference Quality Checklist

You can use the GCIO Terms of Reference Quality Checklist to review a provider’s Terms of Reference and provide feedback.  You must provide a completed Terms of Reference Quality Checklist when you submit a draft Terms of Reference for a high-risk/high-value ICT-enabled project or programme to the GCIO for endorsement.

GCIO Report Rating System

Providers must use the GCIO Reporting Rating System for assessing ‘Delivery Confidence’ and prioritising recommendations in their assurance reports.  Find out more about the GCIO Report Rating System and how it can help you to better understand the findings from an assurance engagement.
