Guidance and Resources

The Excel tool has 4 sections;

• Introduction - This is where it overviews the tool and how to use it.
• Questionnaire - This is where the results are entered.
• Analysis - This is where the results are displayed as a spider or radar graph, and based on the results potential next steps are suggested.
• Capabilities to be assessed - this is where the user can add their own specific business capabilities.

Remember - its a generic tool and can be useful where there is no best practice maturity framework for a specific business capability.
