Digital Government Partnership

The Government Chief Digital Officer has set up a Digital Government Partnership (previously known as the Partnership Framework), involving key stakeholders across government, to support the goal of a single, coherent ICT ecosystem supporting radically transformed public services.

An ICT Strategic Leadership Group at CE level is supported by four working groups, covering Service Innovation, Technology, Strategic Investment and Information.

The Framework reflects the GCDO’s core principle of “centrally led, collaboratively delivered”, and a strong commitment to working in partnership with agencies.

It will enable robust review and input into ICT strategy and direction, ensuring that it is well aligned with overall system direction, and it will contribute significantly to system reform.

The Partnership Framework is supported by a Secretariat at the Department of Internal Affairs.
