Smart Desktop Services
Smart desktop services is a multi-agency approach to deliver desktop services that are not specific to network requirements and end-point architecture.
Smart desktop services will significantly lower agency costs for desktop services with greater operational cost certainty and shift focus from technology issues to business as usual
The desktop services will include multiple delivery options including: virtualised; thin client; fat client; web; and mobile devices.
