National Broadband Map
National Broadband Map: a tool for aggregating broadband needs
The National Broadband Map (broadbandmap.govt.nz) charts New Zealand's Broadband landscape and provides information and tools to help demand aggregation and infrastructure planning.
The National Broadband Map uses Google Maps to present Broadband supply and demand data.
Network suppliers around New Zealand voluntarily provide standard GIS file formats of their network coverage. This is uploaded to the National Broadband Map
The National Broadband Map provides web services for accessing demand data outside of the mapping application - as well as being an open source application itself.
