Data and Information Re-use Chief Executives Steering Group
The Data and Information Re-use Chief Executives Steering Group leads and drives a wide-ranging work programme to make non-personal government-held data and information more widely available so that people, communities, and businesses can use and re-use it, and to protect personal, classified and confidential information.
It communicates through the ICT Strategy Group to the Ministerial Committee on ICT.
Its Terms of Reference were agreed in 2009.
The Open Government and Information Re-use Working Group provides expert advice and comment to the CEs Steering Group.
